• Account Information: When you create an account using Apple Sign-In or your email address, we collect the email address associated with your sign-in to authenticate you and manage your account.
• Audio Data: The core function of MinuteSpeak involves recording your voice. We collect and temporarily store these audio recordings (.m4a files) to provide AI-generated feedback on your speech clarity, fluency, and confidence.
• Preferences & Goals: We collect the goals, challenges, and motivation tags you select during onboarding to personalize your experience.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: We track your product interactions—such as the number of sessions completed, current streaks, and the dates you practice—to maintain your profile stats and the public leaderboard.
• Device & Diagnostic Data: We may collect basic diagnostic data (such as crash logs or performance metrics) to identify bugs and ensure the App functions reliably.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect strictly for App Functionality and to deliver our core services. Specifically, we use it to:

• Create and secure your user account.
• Process your audio recordings using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate personalized speech feedback.
• Maintain your streaks, session history, and ranking on the global leaderboard.
• Facilitate your subscription purchases and recognize your premium status.
• Send you daily local push notifications (if you have opted-in) to remind you to practice.

We do not use your information, including your email address or audio recordings, for third-party tracking, advertising, or marketing.
